What changed
- Name: Kenaz → 37lab. The domain kenaz.ai now redirects here, to 37lab.ai.
- Legal entity: Kenaz GmbH (Switzerland) was wound down; the business continues as 37lab OÜ, an Estonian (EU) company, registry code 17603027, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn.
- Jurisdiction: we now operate natively under EU law — GDPR applies to us directly, not through adequacy decisions.
What did not change
- The team and the track record. The company behind 37lab has been building software since 2006 and working exclusively on AI systems since 2022.
- The services: custom AI agents, MCP integration, RAG systems, GDPR/HIPAA compliance, red teaming, and technical due diligence.
- Mantis, our AI security platform, keeps its name.
- Existing agreements signed with Kenaz remain honored under 37lab OÜ.
